If you want to create art using other people's photos, make sure that they're Stock Photos:
FAQ #217: What are "Stock Photos" and can I use "Stock Photos" in my submissions?

Or if you're going to use images from other artists, make sure you have their permission to use them:
FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?

And, mate, they're not 'your photos', and simply manipulating them in Photoshop doesn't make it so.
